DOUBLE check your orders before you leave!!Placed an app order, had my son pick it up! Ordered a large ice cap made with chocolate milk and whipped topping. Got a normal ice cap, no topping. Ordered a large chili…got a regular with no bun!Come in Tim’s, DO BETTER!! LOTS of locations in the immediate area…will not be back to this one!! View all feedback.

Guys, Do not go to this location. They wants you to pay first before you even sit. The supervisor name of the lady Olivia, she is non sense. She is rude and have no matters to talk to the customers. I am going to report to tim Horton head office.

Very bad services i ordered food through uber eats my food was cold in temp hash brown were bad in taste and told them heated up everything but they give me every thing cold please customers are wasting their money if you are doing job do it properly
Olivia (Supervisor on Shift)Did not allow us group of 4 people to dine in even we bought coffee.. she was very disrespectful and was asking us to leave the place when we were waiting for other people to join us and order. She was rude and asked us to not use dine in until we place order or not wait around.Reporting her behavior as we are not asking for a free coffee and I am also a business owner and we know what Customer Service is and how to treat customers. Strict action should be taken against this behavior or will report to head office as this is happening frequently with others.
