Saturday, November18th. Best Service Ever at a Swiss Chalet. The Seater/Hostess was Amazing and the crew worked so well together. Everything was perfect and the staff above and beyond.
I had an incredible time at this restaurant. The staff were all very welcoming, the food was outstanding, and the place was impeccably clean.
Had takeout today. Noah was super friendly. When I got home my food was hot and fresh. Pleasant experience all around.
Best rotisserie chicken around. French fries are delicious. Takeout is great to bring back. Prices are reasonable. Waitress was very nice. Building outside is definitely in need of TLC.Parking: The parking lot is definitely in need of repair.
As much as i love ordering from this restaurant , it seems they are unable to follow instructions. On multiple occasions i have received the wrong salad or missing an item as well to top it all off i always click on the save the environment and get no utensils and no butter or ketchup but every time we get 10+ butters/ketchup and enough utensils for 6 people . If this is standard practice then why bother having that option on the order menu online?
