Shoeless Joe's - Niagara Fallsview Casino

We took our son here for late night dinner,don't know why we never tried this place before glad we did.The server was very nice ,food good ,portions were pretty big . Definitely recommend this place.

It took a while to be seated but everything else was good! The food was great and our waitress was really nice, she even gave us free oreos!

I only gave it 3 stars because it is average place chain location. Service was average. The prices were average. The food was average. The beer was average. I know ate there but that is all I remember.

After the casino, we decided (group of 4) to have a bite to eat. Came across Shoeless Joe's. The restaurant was moderately busy, floors were dirty, had to ask for our table to be cleaned, hostess said she already did and proceeded to use her hand to wipe off the crumbs left on the table. The booths are super small, we are by no means big people but we had to ask for a table bc it was super tight and uncomfortable for 4 people to sit at a booth on the second floor. Our waiter was nice, friendly and the food was ok, typical for Niagara Falls area - nothing to write home about. I did notice the Niagara Falls tourist charge on the bill and when asked if it was mandatory the waiter promptly took our bill and removed the charge - MAKE SURE TO ASK to have it removed! Would we come back? Probably not, was it the worst place, no So if you want to eat something and are not in the mood to go looking for something else, this place will do.

Based upon the menu online, we went to Shoeless Joes. We then found out that the online menu is old. In fact it was so old, that our waitress did not recall ever serving some of the items we wanted to tray. And then it got worse.Our waitress at best was inattentive and unfriendly. Counting on her low cut blouse and dark tan to carry the day, I guess when she realized I was there with my wife and had no interest in her, she had no interest in us. My iced tea ran dry twice with no apology.Yes, they may toss their dough for their flat bread pizza. What they don't tell you is that it is Pillsbury and straight from the can. It tasted awful. And the shrimp that was served on the flatbread was not very flavorful and the bits and pieces of shrimp were few and far between. The fish tacos were ok but were small. The meal was not worth what we paid for it. I can handle a disappointing meal. I can't handle poor service..Word to the management - Dress your young ladies as if they were your daughters, sisters or your wife. The young ladies obviously were trained to dress the way they did. No need for this to occur.
