What SsnandRn likes about Shiv Kirti Chef of India:
I recently tried Chef Of India's new restaurant, Jal-Mal, located at 6535 Thorold Stone Road in Niagara Falls. They offer both takeout and dine-in options. My recent visit impressed me with delicious, fresh food and excellent service from a lovely young lady. The staff was helpful in explaining the menu and accommodating our request for less spice. I highly recommend trying their delicious soup. Give it a try! View all feedback. What RusinChris doesn't like about Shiv Kirti Chef of India:
To be fair, I have never been much of a fan of Indian food. I do try to confront that now and again, but alas, this restaurant did not cure me of my taste. It was... fine, the nan was tasty and the other food good enough, but nothing that I could really appreciate. Oh, and I don't recommend ordering wine there, I guess it's fair they don't have a good selection, but still. View all feedback.

read moreChef Indian is a mixed bag, with some diners raving about the delicious food and attentive service, while others are left disappointed. Despite some complaints about parking, service and the use of styrofoam plates, the quality of the food seems to be a consensus winner. A highlight for many diners is the garlic naan, along with dishes like Chicken Tikka, Chicken Korma, and Lamb Vindaloo. The atmosphere is authentic, with a predominantly Indian clientele adding to the experience. Prices are reasonable, making it a good choice for those looking for quality Indian cuisine in the Niagara area.
