For some reason it opens at 3 pm and i had to go back at 3 pm..october 5 wednesday and lot of customers waiting...only 1 employee was working and my wait time of food was 30 mins....they have no shame they will take your money first and give you food after long wait..No paper Napkins out of stock they give that brown paper Roll to customers...meat that was served was not fresh they Removed it from fridge in plastic c... Ordered online through their website and no issues, was ready in about 10 minutes. I got the combo, so a falafel wrap, fries and a can of coke. The wrap and fries were really good (and im not a fan of osmows in toronto, food is never good), but I paid anextra dollar for a large portion of fries and if indeed I was given a large portion, it was small. This restaurant is fantastic! It was my second visit, and I had an amazing time once again. I ordered the chicken shawarma, as well as the chicken on the rock, and both were delicious. The staff, including the guy at the front and the waitress, were extremely polite. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy some Mediterranean cuisine!
We absolutely LOVE coming here for dinner!! The staff is also so sweet and always looking out for us and letting us know the best deals.
The customer service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. Chaitanya truly exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!
I’m not sure why this restaurant opens at 3 PM, but I had to return at that time on Wednesday, October 5th. There were a lot of customers waiting, with only one employee working. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food. They really have no shame— they take your money upfront and make you wait a long time for your meal. They were out of paper napkins, so customers had to use a brown paper roll instead. The meat I received didn’t taste fresh; it looked like it had been taken out of the fridge in plastic containers and was possibly leftover. This needs to be reported to Osmow's head office.
