What User doesn't like about Niagara Falls Marriott Court Yard:
The hotel was somewhat over priced and is in need of some updates. The rooms were clean but lacked a decent coffee maker and microwave. The lobby does not offer coffee and breakfast must be purchased in the attached restaurant which was pricey for the quality and what you get. On another note, it was within walking distance to the main street where all the attractions are. View all feedback.
The restaurant is located very close to the falls. We purchased a discovery pass and found that the trolley stop was only a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
When planning our vacation, we had no idea where to stay in Niagara Falls. It's difficult to know when you're not familiar with the area. My husband travels often for business and stays at Marriott when he can, so we looked into it in Niagara Falls. The price was really reasonable - we booked a standard king room. When we arrived, they had upgraded us to a Junior Presidential Suite (because of the points my husband had accrued in his other Marriott stays). The new room was really nice (had a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub). Very spacious. The hotel was in good condition and very clean. Also close to the Falls. The staff was helpful, welcoming, and prompt with answering requests. A very nice, relaxing stay.
We reserve family suit room to ensure we had enough room for 5 of us. The living room is good size which allow us to place one kids on air mattress The rollaway bed was like a thin slice toast and springs so don't request it. Bring your own air mattress if u have one.The pool outside is a lot of fun and nice to relax at with family I wish as Marriott elite member they would wave the parking fee since the lot is huge and 1/2 full.
This place was clean and very informative during our stay. Needed extra tiowels and wash clothes and they brought them immediately . Also offers discounts at their restaurants and surrounding restaurants. Good night sleep and will be back at this location when I visit Canada.
We wanted a hotel that was safe, clean and located close enough to Clifton Hill and the Falls, but far enough to have some peace and quiet for the night. We were not disappointed.Driving in, the car park was well-lit, with security cameras, but we discovered later on checking out that there was a CAD$28.00 parking fee for the 2 nights we stayed. That aside, we were nicely upgraded by the guest manager to a better and much larger room which had a jacuzzi. It was a very nice gesture. From the hotel, you can walk west to Ferry St and Stanley Ave for 2 good local restaurants:For breakfast - Continental Pancake House & Family RestaurantFor dinner - Napoli Ristorante & PizzeriaYou should make reservations for the latter. If not, fall back on Bravo! Pizzeria & Grill which does a good job of pasta too.If you are aiming for the casino, you can walk behind the hotel to Clark Ave towards the tall unmistakeable Fallsview Casino building. For the kids, walk east towards Clifton Hill where everything else is.We also did the full Niagara Falls package at CAD$198 for 3 adults which had:- Maid of the Mist- 4D show- Journey Behind the Falls- White Water WalkingYou can skip the 4D show if you have no kids. All in, we felt the hotel was central to everything we wanted to access. So we were happy. Will we stay at the hotel again?Sure... although I'd like to try another place. But if you're big on safety and cleanliness, you can't wrong here.
