To add insult to injury, the establishment had the audacity to include an automatic gratuity charge without consulting us, leaving a sour taste in our mouths. Such practices are inexcusable and only serve to further sour an already disappointing experience. I left Moksha feeling not only dissatisfied with the meal but also frustrated by the lack of transparency and consideration for patrons. Needless to say, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment to others.

This blatant disregard for customer comfort tainted the entire dining experience. Exiting the restaurant, I couldn't shake off the feeling of dissatisfaction, both with the meal and the chilly atmosphere. Regrettably, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend Moksha to others based on this disappointing visit.

Jasmin is a wonderful staff. We loved her service. She is so polite and food was great.
