Saturday 11 pm trying to get a meal and MCDonalds was as usual open, good for us. I'm not fan of MC but I appreciate that MC always is open for you and you don't go hungry to bed! The line up at the drive through took about 15 minutes, but at that hour and very starving I can't complaint much about it. View all feedback.

It was conveniently located right next to our hotel, making it easy to grab coffee in the morning. There was a small issue with the app they were using, but overall it was a decent experience. View all feedback.
Tables not wiped .. Food and crumbs on every surface we tried …. Tried to catch the attention of the staff to no avail …..
These people on Lundys Lane could not get any order ready if their lives depended on it!!!!!!!! In fact not just this mcdonalds all mcdonalds cant get it right.

I was given the incorrect order at the drive-thru, and when I called to speak with the General Manager, I encountered a very rude individual with a strong Indian accent. He was unhelpful and refused to refund or replace my order. When I requested to escalate the issue to the regional office, he declined to provide me with the contact information and told me to find it online. The service at this restaurant has consistently been poor, but this experience was particularly egregious and unpleasant.
Despite having traveled all over the world, I have never had to pay extra for a sauce. When we asked for a refund, the manager refused and would rather lose over $40 in food than provide us with two sauces for 47 cents each. This behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of care for customer satisfaction. I urge others to avoid dining at this establishment. The management seems indifferent to providing a positive dining experience, and this kind of business should not be supported. This restaurant engages in price gouging and does not deserve your patronage.
