East Side Mario's Niagara Falls

Note: The East Side Mario website says there are free parking on site. There are no free parking on site - there is no website. There are nearby (a few blocks away) paid parking (or at least people without identification try to extract parking money from you). had to eat there because of the additional time to find the parking lot (or a parking lot for this matter).

This was my first time to East Side Mario and my husband first time in your Niagara Falls location. I loved it and my husband said it was better than your Toronto location. We waited to sit awhile as it was a Saturday night, but once inside we were greeted by a single best server I've ever had, seriously. The server name is Chad and we treated so well. He was fast, precise and friendly. He is management material

That was really regrettable. We had so many options to eat in Niagara Falls and it seems we had landed the worst. That was embarrassing...

The staff at this restaurant is always fantastic, especially Sabrina and Cierra who are very pleasant and friendly. The food is good and I never tire of the free unlimited bread and salad. While it may not be 5-star cuisine, it is far from bad and I really enjoy it, I just wish some items were a bit cheaper. The atmosphere is great, creating a cozy environment that is perfect for a date night or family outing. I also love the cool photos on the walls. The restaurant is conveniently located near the Fallsview area and major hotels.
