What User doesn't like about Burger King:
Horrible.. Super slow service with mass confusion staff.. Was second in line and after 15 or so minutes was served. Ordered chicken fries meal with french fries and a drink..Stood and waited forever.. So many staff working there bumping into each other and just do disorganized.. They handed me a bag and I had to ask for ketchup.. When i tried the chicken fries in my hotel room they were like eating rubber so i had on... View all feedback.
The food at this Burger King restaurant is decent, but I have consistently had my order messed up every time I visit. The staff doesn't seem to care and just makes excuses.
FALLSVIEW - IN FOOD COURT - this is a 3 pack of events...First lets go back to the Summer - Prices on the menu board were not correct - I mentioned it and was told they are wrong by about 20% and will be fixed soon - Offered me a large onion ring rather then the $$ back - i agree....1 problem, when I got back to the hotel room (in Fallsview casino) no Onion rings..I fill out the survey on-line saying basically what I said above - I get a phone call from a friendly East indian man who says he remembers me and he is very sorry - He will mail me a gift card...Great!....6 weeks go by, I never get it - i call back the number he called me from, he says it was a mistake and the guift card was never mailed out, he is doing it later that day....6 more weeks go by - no gift card....I call back he hangs up, I email BK head office and explain - never hear back...Fast forward to earlier this month...Im in Fallsview, I havent touched BK since this incident...I cave, make an order, guess what...im over charged..LOL...I give up on this company....I had to laugh , shame on me for giving them another dime...
We went there with my daughter and my nieces today. We bought a hamburger kids meal + 2 other kids meals and was refused by the manager Lavan rangaurth for onions on one of the kids meals because then it would be consider a junior whopper. I told him a Jr whopper has lettuce and tomatoes also but I'm only asking for onions. He still replied no. Until I asked for his manager and even when I said I would pay for it he rolled his eyes and made it very obvious that my request was an inconvenience to him. Customer service now a days has definitely declined and these large corporations do not care because at the end of the day their prices get lower to attract consumers but the value of the customers decrease. I would rather pay more for happier staff than to be treat the way I did especially in front of the kids. And to make it worse they didn't even give the kids their kids meal toys that were included in their meals. I should've went to Tim Hortons!
Me and My Friends ate supper at this place. I really liked the burgers and fries. Nothing to dislike about this place.
Yummy Burgers and fries on the go. But much more pricey than the average BK. We paid CAN $ 25 for 2 meal deal.
