Boston Pizza - Niagara Falls

After a afternoon of swimming at the water park we went to Boston pizza and enjoyed a nice dinner. We were there with two families and our order was taken quickly and the food came quickly. The server was really nice and the food tasted great. We did not even have to get into our car as the Boston pizza was attached to our hotel.

Wir waren mit einigermaßenem Hunger und Durst, gegenüber unseres Campingplatzes zum Essen gegangen, weil es einfach und praktisch erschien. Wir bestellten regionales Bier und "Humus" als Vorspeise und eine kleine Pizza als Hauptspeise, beides für zwei. Die Portionen waren wirklich für zwei völlig ausreichend und sehr gut gewürzt und mit knackigen Zutaten bereitet. Für ein Kettenrestaurant wirklich gut. Die Bedienung war schnell und sehr freundlich.

Very good place to have lunch or dinner. Food is good, service is excellent. Also you can by in the hotel where restaurant is located the tickets for public bus and schedule information.

We ordered on Nov. 2nd 2020. Kelly and the bartender on during night shift were LOVELY! We had a little skip the dishes issue, but when I called they were so kind. I showed up to pick the order and they gave us extra fries,...coupons, and cheesecake. Seriously great customer service and that is above and beyond because we are in a pandemic y'all. It is hard for customer service workers and there is NO need for customers to be complaining about dumb issues when they are risking their health to serve YOU pizza. Be kind and tip well, they deserve it :

The food was outstanding & the service was even better. The staff treated our kids amazing!My only complaint would have been the cleanliness around the table when seated. The menus & other items on the table were sticky. The wall beside the table almost made me sick.The pictures are of the wall beside the table!
