Hyatt Place Niagara Falls

Located very close to the falls. The AC system needs work to filter out fine particles. Breakfast needs little more hot food such as baked potatoes. Otherwise, everything else is good.

The room was spacious.. hotel is in walkable distance to State falls. That's a . We saw the fireworks from room itself. Got a good view. They also have top floor access to see the fireworks. But not cleaned properly when we checked in. We used the wet napkins to clean the tables to place our belongings.Breakfast buffet is good. But they hadn't organised it properly. People need to wait in a long queue to grab the food from counter.. so it's taking very long time to have food.. and sometimes we will not get seat due to over crowd and in the need of bringing food to room.. I wish they have to look after this issue and correct it.

Great place to stay. Just 5 mins walk from the falls. The reception was very welcoming. Room was good, no complaints! Free breakfast was decent enough to plan your day on a full stomach. You can even see the fireworks at night from the outdoor patio . Would recommend staying at the hotel.

We stayed 5 nights, the overall experience is good and positive based on the room and service. The reception people are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite and a good size for couples. The free breakfast service is OK but it starts at 6:30 9:00 on weekdays and since there are many people during the holiday seasons it is hard to get food… the line to get breakfast is also long… The rooftop space to see the fireworks is great. The distance to the Niagara Falls state park is great too! The gym was bad, I expected more but most of the cardio equipments are not working properly. The pool was dirty. Honestly!

We are currently staying here. It is the worst service and dirty hotel we have come across. They told us our room was ready and when we came in our room there was so much pet hair on our bedsheets. The bedsheets had not been changed. We told the front desk and they said they would send someone to clean it up but even after 5 hours and requesting again and again the bedsheets are still not changed! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Its the worst and feel very dirty.
