Very unique experience. Both the owners are actually from Nepal. The garlic nan bread was amazing. The vegetable mo mo was really good. Chicken Tikka masala was good. Got a nice complimentary dessert at the end. They also have some tasty dessert cream bars, and then free fennel at the register (You go up to register to pay not at table). View all feedback.
What Jeetendra Thapa doesn't like about Good Luck (taste Of Nepal):
This is our bad experience in Nepali restaurant. We went to this restaurant leaving Zaika restaurant behind which is next to this restaurant. There were no servers, no one asked if I was helped. Asked server about the closing hours, we are closing within 20-30 minutes they replied. We ordered food $114 for takeout at 9:40pm. Which took 1 hour for food to be ready which they told me it will take 20. First ,food was to... View all feedback.
BEWARE please stay away from this place. If I could give them a zero rating, I would have done that. Had a TERRIBLE dining experience at this place. Despite informing them before hand that our son was allergic to sesame seeds, they served us food containing the allergen. The dry chilli chicken and chutney (served with momo) both had sesame seeds. This is absolutely unacceptable. My son had a very bad allergic reaction after eating those items. These people are irresponsible. Their food items might taste good, but it can turn out to be a very bad dining experience for some families.Dietary restrictions: They are very irresponsible and paid zero attention to allergy information shared with them. Despite informing them that are son is allergic to sesame seeds, they served us food containing sesame seeds. Our son became very sick after taking a bite of that food. Such irresponsible behavior is unacceptable in food service business.
Our food was very very tasty but yes there can be more options in veg thaliWe ordered noodles, momo and, thali. Lila who is the chef made everything fresh. Sandeep's service and hospitality was very good. Always had a pleasant. If you are looking for relaxed place to sit and enjoy the food this is the place. They have a nice AC room at the back.We had chai and coffee and it was made to out taste. If you are looking for good food this is the place but if you are looking for fancy place this is not the place. They can definitely make this place much better making it cooler with AC, nice curtains some nice decor and cozy.Vegetarian options: Very limited veg options. There can definitely be move options for vegetarians.
We visited this place with a party of 9 and we had the most warm and welcoming experience dining here! Some people in our group needed modifications to the thali, the chef was the sweetest person and made a sabzi for our family from scratch with customizations! Food was absolutely fresh, chow mein was excellent and so was veg thukpa! We ordered chai and they made it exactly to our specification! We stayed here very comfortably for at least a couple hours! And kudos to Sandeep who was serving us, he was kind, patient and absolutely incredible while taking our requests! Highly recommend this place!
Food was great even the veggie chowmein and veggie momos ?…didn’t expect that! My sister in law doesn’t eat garlic and onion at that time of the month so they made the food as per our need, who would do that! Keep up the good work. Would love to come back when we visit Niagara Falls again.
First ,food was too expensive, $14 for 8 pieces of momo. Sauce(jhol) for momo smell so bad that we could not even eat. Chilli chicken was not even chilli chicken. Chicken tikka masal without sauce. For this price all entrees are less quality. We ordered naan for our kids which was not cooked properly. Leaving Zaika for Nepali restaurant was my bad decision.
