The food at this restaurant is delicious, though not remarkable. The service is good, with the staff speaking better English than other places. Additionally, they seem to donate some of their proceeds to orphanages.
There were a decent number of vegetarian/vegan choices available, and they were tasty enough, but they were quite expensive (99,000 VND for a tofu curry with rice).
I visited Lanterns in January 2018. It is not a vegetarian or vegan restaurant but offers many vegan options. As I recall, at least a whole page in their menu was dedicated to vegan food. We enjoyed everything we ate. Especially the banh xeo. The restaurant is part of a charitable organization and the profits are donated to local schools and orphanages.
The meal was satisfactory, but not outstanding. It's a decent choice if you're in the vicinity. Prices were on the higher side, but not excessively so.
This restaurant is amazing! My friend and I are vegetarians and were impressed by the great options available. We tried the vegetable spring rolls, which were incredibly crispy yet light and full of flavor. We also ordered the tofu curry and lemongrass mushroom stir fry, both of which were delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful with beautiful lanterns, and the staff were friendly.
