As I recall, at least a whole page in their menu w... read more I visited Lanterns in January 2018. It is not a vegetarian or vegan restaurant but offers many vegan options. As I recall, at least a whole page in their menu was dedicated to vegan food. We enjoyed everything we ate. Especially the banh xeo. The restaurant is part of a charitable organization and the profits are donated to local schools and orphanages.

The meal was satisfactory, but not outstanding. It's a decent choice if you're in the vicinity. We tried the vegetable spring rolls, which were incredibly crispy yet light and full of flavor. We also ordered the tofu curry and lemongrass mushroom stir fry, both of which were delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful with beautiful lanterns, and the staff were friendly.
