I'm here a few times here with a heap of people here and it was great every time. I love the smelled avocado and the fresh croissants, they really use delicious jam. My husband loves the cold brew coffee and the enthusiasm of employees, with lovers of coffee. The only thing I think you really are missing is something for the sweet tooth, pancake or something on the breakfast menu!
I only live around the corner and that's my way for coffee, given the choice of a dozen or so competing cafes nearby. Best coffee on South King, hand down. The staff is super friendly, and although the menu is small and something, sometimes the food is quite inventive, they regularly turn on the menu, and it's always delicious! I only have 2 handles - 1) It can be uncomfortable hot (but there is a shady back area), and 2) No marshmallows with babycino, which makes it to my daughters to have the least popular my daughters.

Cool brunch square! Cute, casual cafe with interesting phrases for regular brunch foods. However, you can not make a chai to save your life, and we are always in the Courtyard Kos, it's always too hot
This place has a great atmosphere. Put yourself in the window and watch the world with the iced tea of the day. The egg and bacon sandwich is delicious with this spicy enjoyment to give it some pep.
