We had just seen a show at the Enmore theatre and were looking for a snack. We didn't have anything in mind and came across N2 Gelato. At first we wondered if it was open, as it looked like a construction zone. I guess this was to add to the theatrics of the place. A cool concept, pardon the pun. They pour liquid nitrogen into the ingredients that will make up the gelato element, the liquid nitrogen evaporates and yo... View all feedback.
What Elizabeth Rempel doesn't like about N2 Extreme Gelato:
Was treated to a Gelato masterclass last night with the cheeky owners of Learnt all about the business, how they come up with flavours and saw first hand how they use nitrogen to make the smoothest Gelato in Sydney! Were treated to flavours:Pavlova: gorgeous raspberry, passionfruit and meringue pieces. In the extreme gelato n2 boast of being a very small fridge. the most striking of this place, is the preparation of ice creams, in which they employ nitrgeno lquido. Several huge tanks of nitrgean liquid can be seen from the waiting area. also the preparation of the latrines with a small paraphernalia comn regarding the ice cream, is part of the show. Have you ever been nailed a chocolate syringe in your ice cream? here you see it to every jar that unpacks the dependent patients. Another thing about the place is the decorative style. simulate a place in works, full of scaffolding on which the counter rests, helmets of workers in every corner, and instead of chairs or banks to the customers to wait, small stairs (worker) to see cmo culminate thus masterpieces price and taste? therefore expensive for the average of ice cream. Obviously so much circus you have to pay it, and of goo is not very submissive!
The reason why i really like N2 ice cream the most is the fact that the ice cream is made at the place and it is made with nitrogen : the mood and style of the place is very different but cool. I definitely recommend N2

Nice place. Very interesting experience. They have creative types of ice cream, even a vegan one. You can see how they prepare the ice cream and it is a very fun place to visit. <br/ <br/ If you like photos visit my instagram: PriBarbosaPhoto<br/ <br/
A little expensive for an ice cream, but then its nitrogen ice cream and quite a big portion. They change flavour every month i think, which is good so i can try something new everytime. Nothing special in the taste, but a different concept.
