*Awesome* place. Run by lads who are as passionate about coffee as I am about tea. They were happy to spend time explaining different coffees and their processing techniques which added to the whole experience. And the coffee wow. One of only two times in my life where I could drink and truly enjoy the flavour of black coffee. An absolute treat and a real experience.

My experience was that Handcraft provided both an excellent product and top service. I arrived before my drinking partner and they immediately gave me some water not just tap water, either. Ice cold, in a bottle with a sprig of mint. When my partner arrived I ordered the Ethiopian coffee in long back format and it was really excellent in terms of flavour and temperature. My partner had the granola (but without the yoghurt and with soy milk instead. The soy milk came in a cute little bottle, the granola was good (included nuts and fresh fruit on top was beautifully presented. They noticed when our water was nearly finished and they quickly provided a new bottle we didn't have to request it. *AND* a very comfortable cushion was provided to sit on (other hipster café owners, take note! The only improvement I can see needed is to have more vegan food available, otherwise I have no hesitation in recommending this place. Maybe I was just lucky?

If you love straight black coffee like I do, this is the place for you. The beans are aromatic and have a delightful fragrance depending on their origin, and the barista is a true artisan when it comes to crafting the perfect pour. Say goodbye to burnt roasts! Absolutely recommended!

Today ordered a coffee and it was extremely hot, I almost burnt my tongue. I asked the Asian guy to make me a latte regular regular latte, and he made that only three-quarter full not filled up properly but it’s okay but how could you make the milk so hot that I couldn’t hold onto the cup.I will never go back to the shop again.
