Contribute FeedbackThis humble cafe in Newtown offers a chill, sunny morning spot with a unique atmosphere and outdoor seating. While the coffee may be similar to a $1 cup from 7 Eleven, the food surprises with its simplicity and quality. The menu caters to various preferences and dietary needs, served by a friendly staff. Prices are reasonable, and the strong coffee and delicious chocolate brownie are highlights. Despite minor inconveniences like no WiFi and an EFTPOS surcharge, visitors are likely to return for a pleasant experience in a bustling location, watching the eclectic Newtown crowd.
Located in a prime spot in the center of all the action, this restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere with quick service. The prices are reasonable and the strong, robust coffee, although slightly bitter, is just the way I like it - rich and syrupy. While the croissant was a bit chewy, it was generously buttery and surprisingly large considering its low cost.
"Located near the Urban Hotel, this charming café offers outdoor dining that can be a bit noisy. I suggest sitting inside instead. Service and food may take a while, but the affordable prices make it worth the wait. I tried the poached eggs on toast with hash browns and was not disappointed. The only downside was the difficulty of eating the toasted sourdough. Overall, I recommend this café."
I passed that place a million times but never stopped so during my day off I finally decided to stop by and try out the food. We ordered a big platter to share (see photo attached). The food was simple but really good, not pricey at all. They also serve alcohol which is a good thing too.I will be back!
I was here yesterday for breakfast on my way to work , I ordered for a scrambled eggs with bacon on sourdough , the eggs were cooked perfect and the bacon nice n crispy , so was the sourdough toast , I also had a cafe latte which too was served to me at the right temperature and had great flavour. <br/ <br/ Gonna be visiting here a lot more : <br/ Keep it up .
They have the perfect location for a chill sunny morning. The cafe is ok, quite similar to $1 coffee from 7 eleven. Their chocolate brownie is unexpectedly good.
