The prices were affordable and I will definitely be returning in the future.

There are... read more Vegan fish and chips takeaway in central Newtown. A plant based version of the classic Aussie takeaway, the food at Bliss n Chips doesn't disappoint. There are plenty of deep fried favourites and burgers available. The house made Bliss fish is a highlight of the menu. The selection is so large that it's almost hard to choose and in my experience it can occasionally slow down the kitchen or create confusion among the staff. While the range is impressive, it's a very large menu that could do with some refining. The prices are high but this is somewhat to be expected considering almost every menu item is specialised. It would be great to see some more affordable options on the menu at some point though. If you're after a late breakfast, don't overlook the Bliss bacon and egg sanga. Don't miss some of the tastiest vegan food in town, Bliss n Chips is a regular favourite for me.
