We waite... read more My first visit here was enjoyable, and the food was very good. This time, however, I came for half-price pizza, and the experience was less impressive. We waited over an hour only to receive a pizza with the wrong toppings. Each of the three of us had ordered our own pizza, but the one that arrived was an hour late and had all the toppings from our orders combined. They didn't charge us for that pizza and quickly prepared the correct ones. Our server sincerely apologized for the delay, but we ended up waiting about an hour and a half for the pizzas we actually ordered. The outer crust was tasty, but the bottom was soggy, and the toppings were quite sparse. While I can't recommend the pizza, the turkey tips were fantastic, and our server was excellent.

My name is Deborah Klein , I’ve been going to Mario’s since I was 17 , then I moved to the north shore ,and I’m very picky when it comes to my pizzas, I’ve trie... read more My name is Deborah Klein , I’ve been going to Mario’s since I was 17 , then I moved to the north shore ,and I’m very picky when it comes to my pizzas, I’ve tried almost every place ,here in Salem Massachusetts, they are all terrible, just a couple of weeks ago I was a friends place for the week , on the way back her boyfriend her , and I stopped in ordered the best pizza in Massachusetts in my book , the people then are fantastic, so now I to come buy once a month to have your pizza , other wise I dont eat pizza anymore . I this place a100+ stars if I could , thank you for the great memories I had there now I’m 58 , pretty scary I hopeClemmy and carol are doing well

Don’t think EB can afford to loose custo... read more Thursday night AVOID this place! Some guy doing jeopardy thing with speaker blaring. Saw 2 groups walk in and walk out. Don’t think EB can afford to loose customers like that. Mentioned to waitress it’s too loud. I dont think she even heard me! it’s way too loud! The speaker is on higher level of restaurant yet it was facing rest of restaurant). We don’t finish our food. Just left. Way too loud. Also one of our parties meal came out 15 min before other two people’s pizza. This was always a cozy Diner. Ruined.
