Great old fashion pub. Serves good beer, very cheap food with good portions. Friendly staff and locals. Beautiful small beer garden and it has parking for a few cars (although the city park is nearby, if necessary).

Small but beautiful atmosphere. Really good homemade, healthy British cuisine. Good beer and apple wine. Worth a visit if you're hungry. Excellent value for money.
We visited our Labrador Lola yesterday and were warmly welcomed by Sue behind the bar. The food was amazing and we will be very soon again and would highly recommend it
