Paula and her team truly know their stuff, especially when it comes to shoes. My daughter's feet grew so quickly over the summer, and we found ourselves in urgent need of lace shoes on a Sunday night in July, just before her ballet camp the next day. My rating would have been zero stars if it weren't for Paula's expertise with pointe shoes. Unfortunately, I had the worst experience there! She was incredibly dismissive, careless, and rude. I deeply regret going in the first place. Not only will I never return, but I will also advise all my friends to steer clear of this place.
