Stopped by for dinner and place was full due to hockey game but wait was not long at all. Got seated outside but it was comfortable weather. Food was really good, service was friendly and atmosphere was full of energy. Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes View all feedback.
What Andrew Dickson doesn't like about Buff's Pub:
Ordered wings for the Super Bowl. The staff noted that we could put in an order early, but they wouldn’t be taking orders later on closer to the game. That was fine, so placed an order and went to pick it up. The honey hot wings were dry, 90% drums, had very little sauce, and the ranch was very watery/had no flavor. We’d heard that these were some of the best wings in Boston, but they definitely were well below avera... View all feedback.

I ordered the Nashville hot wings for takeout and asked for XXX hot — though I would describe the heat as mild or medium at any other restaurant. Overall, the wings were good but I should’ve ordered them extra crispy because some pieces were soft…not a pleasant texture! There’s a lot of sauce on the wings and it comes with a side of celery and either ranch or blue cheese. Beware: you can’t split flavors even if you order 20 wings. I’m curious to see what the other flavors are like and if I can order them even spicier…
The wings are amazing, cook just right and the sauce of your choice is so good. Friendly service. The place does have limited seats, but this was voted best wings in Boston and I have to agree. Must try and I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Best wings in Boston. Try to make it here once a week. Traditional Buffalo wings are great but also worth trying the peach bourbon bbq, garlic cheese sriracha, and the sweet potato fries with special sauce.
Callled the place up looking for a place to get some wings. It didn’t occur to me I would have to search the online menu before placing the call because I was practically yelled of the phone by a beyond rude worker telling me I need to look at the menu before calling and that I should know every single sauce they have. He then hangs up on me like he’s angry that I called or something Evan though I’m trying to give him my business. Is it that hard to tell me a couple sauces I could choose from. I considered Evan calling back after how terribly I was just treated. When I called back to give my order he says “Hi welcome to buffs pub” I start to say hi can I order an and he cuts me off and says again hi welcome to buffs pub almost like he is mocking me. I then ask to speak to a manager where he tells me that there is not a manager working on a SATURDAY NIGHT. I ask if he is sure and he tells me this “the bar can operate without a manager believe it or not” and he hangs up. Would have loved to try the “best buffalo wings in Boston” but safe to say I will not be going or calling buffs pub ever again.
