Bernard's presents a sophisticated dining experience with a contemporary twist on traditional Chinese dishes. The atmosphere is inviting, complemented by a full bar and attentive service. While some dishes, like the boneless spareribs and salt and pepper calamari, receive high praise, others fall short, lacking the authentic flavors one might expect. Was Nya Waelchi at Bernard's a mag?
My favorite Chinese restaurant in the whole of Boston. They use quality and fresh ingredients. The food taste so good. The restaurant is nice and clean. The staff are friendly and eager to serve. We come here for birthday celebrations, family dinner, date nights, or quick meal. I love to start with sesame noodles, fried pancake, and hot and sour soup. The Peking duck is so good, the skin is so crispy and the meat is... View all feedback.

What Чаурбэх Doe dislikes about Bernard's:

Tomato egg drop soup sounded like an interesting twist on the classic, but it has a weird swee... View all feedback.

I have been coming to this restaurant for a while now and I must say, I cannot praise it enough for its excellent and consistent food quality. The service is always top-notch as well, which is quite rare to find these days. It never fails to impress!

I had ordered the complete meal for takeout but when I got home, I realized it was only half of what I had ordered. They explained that it was a mistake and apologized for the error.

This restaurant has unfortunately declined in quality. The flavors are lacking compared to before. The standout dishes were the hot and sour soup, shu mai, and scallion pancakes. The salt and pepper soft-shell crab and General Gao's chicken were bland, but the beef chow fun was delicious, although the portion size was small for the price.
