Great little place to grab take out. I live down the street. I don't think there is anything there that I haven't liked. Great calzones . The rolls are super fresh . View all feedback.
What Deborah W doesn't like about Acio's:
Was told my pizza would be ready in 25 minutes. Got there and waited an extra 30 mins. The older lady working behind the counter didn't have any customer service. When the pizza was finally on the counter she just looked at us and didn't say anything. They have no concept of other peoples time, their own time and what it takes to run a successful customer service based company. The pizza wasn't even worth the wait. I... View all feedback.
I've posted on them before, but my last pie encouraged me to do it once more. i had a delish take out pizza. I am contrasting this with the one i had before that i think was prepared by a younger girl i don't know if related , but it kind of sucked. so i have that contrast. The last one was done by an older sister ? and they had the formula down. Like everything in any mysterious back room of a restaurant we don't know if the old cook/chef is there or a new one is filling in. Consistency is EVERYTHING . i also find that their cluckers are very good as well, add a little cranberry sauce/gravy and you've got a mini Thanksgiving meal if you like traditional Thanksgiving, as i do It's stuffed with chicken, not turkey, but still good.
Great food with some fun loving sass! The chicken salad was the best i've had in recent memory, and the sub rolls are to die for.
Acio's is less than a mile from my house and we never order from them. The pizza isn't great and the few times I've been there the customer service was awful.
Horrible customer service. We have ordered delivery here many times since moving to Kingston and tonight we ordered and about 5 minutes later they called back and said we are a half mile too far and we had to come get it. My wife told them we have had delivery before and was rudely told if we want it come and get it. Unfortunately i was out and my wife 's car is in the shop so we ordered delivery for a reason. Lost out on $50 plus tip over .5 miles. Food is average at best. Not many options around here so we would switch it up. One less place now.
Well...it's pizza and you know how the saying goes But there are definitely some way better options around than this. I'm gonna have to say pass on Acio's and give somewhere else a try.
