This is a fantastic spot to enjoy a drink or indulge in some tasty pub food. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. The views from the cliffs overlooking Towan are absolutely stunning. It’s a must-visit for a quick drink or two when you’re in Newquay. The venue is equipped with multiple TVs broadcasting sports, along with background music that enhances the overall atmosphere. I have to be honest: this was the most unpleasant food and drink establishment I've ever visited. We had a reservation, but the table hadn't been cleaned. The entire place really needs a deep cleaning, and the staff could benefit from better training; nobody seemed to know whether our table was reserved or not. After wandering around, we found a table marked with a printout that we could only assume was ours. The menus were sticky, making it hard to even look at them. I was unable to order food through the app because there was no signal. After standing in a long line to order, I finally reached the register, only to be told that most items on the menu were unavailable and that we would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for our food to arrive. My family and I decided to leave. Fortunately, we found a much better restaurant across the street where we had a fantastic time.
The staff were friendly and the service was good, but the atmosphere wasn't suitable for a family meal. It felt more like a venue for stag parties than a family-friendly pub.

The staff was nice and service fine, but atmosphere not beneficial to a family dinner. more if a Stag spot than a family pub.
This bar has a stunning setting and a great location. The staff is friendly, and the prices for meals and drinks are quite affordable.
