Traveled from north wales for a few days to stay in newquay. called for a drink at a night outside and ended there for about three hours with drinks and eating with the peculiarities and there family and friends. many of around and loving tapas. they planned our next day in st. ives. told us where to go and what to do. the next night for dinner there at the back! would recommend to eat and drink! I am not sure where the 4.7 stars rating came from The food was very underwhelming and left me feeling ripped off. The kofta was dry and tasteless, the nachos had cheap ingredients, and while the calamari was the best dish, it was still overpriced for what it was. Last night, I had a fantastic meal and cocktails with 3 friends to celebrate my birthday. The staff were incredibly friendly, the small plates were delicious, and they even gave me a birthday shot! If you're in Newquay, you definitely have to check this place out.
I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning in the future. I would highly recommend trying the Nachos, Spanish Meatballs, Tapas, and Garlic Chilli Mushrooms. The atmosphere was also top-notch. Overall, I give this place a 5-star rating for both food and service. The price per person was reasonable, ranging from £20 to £30 for dinner.
This restaurant in the heart of Newquay is a fantastic spot for tapas. The service, atmosphere, and food all receive top marks from me. For around £40-50 per person, you can enjoy a delicious dinner. I highly recommend trying the Tapas Dishes and a Bottle of Wine.
Exceptional in every way. Couldn't have chosen a better pre-wedding date. Espresso martinis glorious and Cherry Bakewell cocktail a piece of art. Food beautiful, highlight was pesto bruschetta. This is our 2nd time to Toast and again we wasn't disappointed! We were the first people in, which we had to book the day before and it was the last booking available. So hence the photo shows an empty restaurant. But with in half hour the place had filled up! We shared all our tapas dishes and my goodness each 1 tasted amazing! Just the right size to share for 2!
