The service was non existent and cold, both servers seemed to w... read more The outside area is fantastic for kids, however the food is overpriced, basic and disappointing. The service was non existent and cold, both servers seemed to want to ignore us and I had to send my meal back to the kitchen as it wasn’t what we’d ordered. Neither server gave us a single apology, and I then had to wait for the dish to be remade, and ended up eating after my family had finished. The replacement dish I was brought was borderline inedible. Come here with kids, but maybe just stick to coffee and toasties whilst they play. The food and service are incredibly underwhelming.
