What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I saw an advertisement for the return of the cheddar chulpa at a restaurant. My boyfriend is a fan of it, so I called to make sure they had it. Unfortunately, they told me they were closed. We then tried another restaurant called Jefferson's Place, but they were also closed. It was strange that both places were closed during normal dining hours. View all feedback.
