Service seemed to be a common issue, with slow food delivery and some guests experiencing bones in their chicken multiple times. Despite these setbacks, some diners still found the food to be delicious and the staff to be friendly. Reservations were recommended due to popularity and the cocktails were found to be a bit pricey. Overall, the restaurant seemed to struggle with consistency in food quality and service, but many diners still enjoyed their dining experience.
The food at this restaurant was delicious, but the service was lacking. I had my heart set on the Braised Ribs, but unfortunately by the time I placed my order, they were already sold out. I wish the server had informed me earlier so I could have chosen another dish. Instead, he recommended the Mongolian beef as a substitute and also suggested adding the pineapple fried rice that typically comes with the ribs. I was surprised when I was charged extra for the fried rice. Despite this, all of the food we ordered was tasty.
The Pad Thai lacked any flavor. It's hard to believe, but it's true. The Beef Broccoli was overly salty and lacked beef. The kitchen was slow, but the server was friendly and apologetic.
The meal for two was delicious and a great value. The service was good considering they seemed short staffed.
When we checked in they indicated they received no reservation from open table. We were lucky to be seated. I will never use open table again and will reserve directly with the restaurant.
I always enjoy P.F. Chang’s. This time I took a person from China there. She ordered the Ma Po Tofu. She pointed out it was not prepared in the traditional Chinese style but nonetheless, it was very good. The Waygu steak was excellent. Service was great as always.
