Blaze Pizza - Newport Beach

I had an awful experience at this restaurant! I ordered a pepperoni pizza, but the amount of pepperoni was 30% less than it should have been. The crust was burnt around the edges and the bottom from being overheated. It was clear that they don't clean their oven; the oven was dirty and the entire pizza was covered in burnt crumbs. It tasted like charred sand. If you dislike your job this much, maybe you should consider looking for something else!

I ordered a pepperoni pizza for my son, and he absolutely loved it! I also tried the Pesto Garlic Cheesy Bread, which was delicious. The service was friendly, and the place was clean. Overall, a great experience!

It's great, completely customizable, and very budget-friendly! You can't go wrong with it!

The staff were incredibly friendly and assisted me with my vegan order, which was a relief since I couldn’t find any clear indication that they offered vegan options. I opted for two items: half a pizza and half an order of vegan Cheezy bread made with Daiya cheese. Both were delicious! I also ordered a regular lemonade that I enjoyed, but I really wished I had tried the blood orange lemonade that the staff member was drinking. This restaurant is located in the Fashion Island mall, just a few blocks from the beach!

We've dined here several times and appreciate the ability to customize our pizzas right from the start, even before we look at the menu. We find it to be an ideal spot for lunch. However, if you're seeking a nice sit-down Italian dinner, this isn't the place for you. While it's not upscale, the food is good.
