The vegan tacos are excellent as all their cocktails. her homemade guacamole is excellent. some of the best we had and of course they don't forget the pitcher of the margaritas!

Although la mexicana is not a vegan spot, it offers 3 tacos that are vegan. service was vegan-conscious and distinctly differentiated the vegan items from the non-vegan vegetarian options.

They have pumpkin blossom and a mushroom option for burritos. the pumpkin blossom is really good.

We visited on a Monday evening and were shocked to find the place Marmelade packed. Always a good sign. The service was great. Our servers were very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Appetizer Quesadillas. It was more than I could eat. The steak was very delicate, juicy and perfectly seasoned. My adult granddaughter had Steak Tacos and they were phenomenal. I recommend La Mexicana Restaurante to anyone who visits the area.
