Wendy's - Newport

Was one of the few places open late and they had a line around the building but went away quick and all our food was right. Great job.

The woman who took our order last week really impressed me with her lively personality. Her name was Nadia, and she provides excellent customer service!

I just wanted to express my gratitude! I recently started the keto diet and am still getting the hang of it. I ordered my sandwich without the rolls, along with some food for my family. I had to place a second order because I forgot something after I was already at the second window. I felt a bit awkward, but everyone was so friendly! When I checked my sandwich, I found it was packed in its own container, keto-friendly, and came with lettuce instead of bread. They understood exactly what I wanted, which pleasantly surprised me since I hadn’t specifically asked for lettuce instead of bread. So thank you!

The dining experience was fantastic, and the wait time was minimal. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything was top-notch—no comparison to places like Burger King. Great job, Wendy's!

I just want to give a scream to the newport wendy staff. I never had a bad experience here. my children love to get whondys and in the rule we make the drive at night. the staff is always so friendly and nice! they are efficient and eating is always right. I also get breakfast from here sometimes and I am picky about my speck, I like it very crispy, and they always get it right. in a pandemic and with the personal snapshots these wendys have prevailed and overcome and make so beautiful! seriously not even trying to go the taco bell drive thru, they will sit tight in the drive thru line all day! They will be happy to ignore customers in the drive-thru line! Just don’t waste their time and just come by to Wendy’s they will take care of them! at the moment I wait for my door pocket as we speak! keep the good work new port Wendy’s! you all deserve to raise!
