My car is broken and it was about 20 degrees outside. The two friendly young ladies who work there have invited us while waiting for our tug. They were angels as I brought my husband home from the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. I can't thank Subway and her wonderful staff enough. What trevis nickel doesn't like about Subway:
The place is a little dirty. I ordered a foot long with double meat. Bread was hard and stale and it was $15 for just the sandwich! Didn’t even give me a napkin for take out. Next time I will drive a mile down the road to the pizza shop and get fresh. First time I ate at a subway in years and it will be the last. This is actually a really good subway. The service was great, the food was delicious and oh so fresh. A little pricy, but overall good place.

I always had great service and great food. The staff is always pleasant.
I was somewhat surprised by the negative reviews. I've been here for about half a dozen times and no complaints. I've been working in quality control for two of America's largest food production companies for about 5 years. I was chef and trained servers for an upscale casual eating chain. I worked as an employee for the number one service station in Georgia, highest sales and customer satisfaction. Our sales in my retail business rose by an average of 20% each quarter. So my expectations are not to be met. I have served several Fortune 500 customers. This place is clean. The service is always friendly and busy with the customer. If long waiting times disturb you, try online ordering. I did this and it's always ready to go. Food quality is always consistent. If I get three times bad service or food, they're out. But I have to find another little thing to check this store. I hope that those of you who have decided to give a star at least spoke to the owner because if there is one thing that drives me Bonkers in my industry, when someone floods me with complaints and gives me no chance to fix it, and then goes publicly about their complaint, but never mentioned if they give the owner a chance to fix it. Working quality control at a very high bakery. I had to feed 1.2 to 2.1 million people. So yes, mistakes are made. But getting feedback was crucial to improving my department. I encourage you to do the same. Contact the owner, let him know how you felt about your visit, give the owner a chance to correct your review if they did the things right. How clean, organized and well equipped this business is, I doubt very much that the owner does not care. I can say anywhere within the first 5 minutes of the visit where problems are and when the owner or general manager takes care. This store does not meet these criteria. So again, excellent branch, and if you gave a negative review, I encourage you to contact the owner and give them a chance to fix it and revise your review.
