I normally prefer local ice cream shops but in Newport, that experience can be a hit or a miss. Ben Jerry's at Wharf provides a reliable experience and has some great tasting flavors. Good ice cream and friendly staff. Over half the time I order ice cream or a milkshake, the staff will hand me cups/cones that are dripping everywhere before I even leave the store. Gets all over my clothes View all feedback.

Now even the ice cream store is asking for 10-15% tips ? It wasn't even kind. I'd rather not going.
Very friendly employees, plenty of options and of course amazing ice cream!!!!
Pretty rude employee which was surprising since everyone else is so friendly.
