Morrisons - Newport

3. visit within 2 months confiscated I will not go back. the first time there was no personal, the staff was not waiting for the work so half hour, dirty tables, but the 2 workers who raised ran off their legs, 2. visit a...while later, ordered large papi breakfast, so that I could share some articles with my daughter, it came on a small breakfast stand and evrything was just stacking and bulging over 3. visit took my grand, place was almost empty, but all the tables were dirty, koksmaschine not working, no serviettes, terrible food and noisy coworkers. this caffe is a very poor elixir to their Newport store just a few miles away whetre it was the whole opposite

To start the self-service machine to book meals, was broken. the waiting queue was very long and the guy who had to serve, find tassen, fill the teapots with tea bags and look for cutlery! after the order I realized that both hot beverage machines were broken and I came through the check-out area to the pick-up machine, which was the only alternative. then hot drinks had to go back through the check-out area back to the caffe. this may be a massive health and safety problem! cutlery was dirty, there were no serviettes or spices. actually was eating, an omelette and jacket kartoffel, well cooked and fresh. we heard there was a new restaurant manager. I should have asked to have spoken to this person, but everyone seemed to run from the feet and didn't think it was fair for the employees. What's wrong?

Monday morning family breakfast. eier benedikt the eier were hard eier instead of runny. when the breakfast was bought, no Hollandaise sauce was told instead of at the time of ordering. no ham? toast was cold, big daddy has no butter, speck was a Chinese combat weapon. coffee from the machine tasted funny....Very disappointed.

A good, reliable caffe for breakfast and lunch. Sausage beans and chips are always good with brot and butter.

Morrison must recruit staff who are incapable of making a decent meal. The service is shocking. I dont understand how they can make normal food taste so bad. Surely management must go and try the food, or maybe they are wiser and go to Tesco...!! who are not much better
