What Chris Adair doesn't like about Red Lobster:
Never got a server, we sat for 15 minutes on a Saturday night at 9, restraunt was not busy, no drink orders or anything, we got up and left after 15 minutes, first time ever going here View all feedback.
WOW!!! Talk about a home run! This place is awesome. After horrible experiences at the Douglasville and McDonough stores, we decided Red Lobster was not what it used to be. We never plan to return to the one in Douglasville and give the one in McDonough one more try before writing it off. However, a medical trip took us to the vicinity of the Red Lobster on Bullsboro Rd in Newnan. We were pleasantly surprised. We finally got a good meal for my son's 44th birthday. The manager, JC, was very kind and gave us a gift card for the trouble we had at the McDonough store on Monday. When we got there, the server was Taylor, and she was excellent. JC had left for the day, but his assistant, Cheyenne, was super great. Now as far as the food. This food was reminiscent of the way Red Lobster used to be. Large quantity, hot, and fresh. Everything was cooked to perfection. We could not have asked for a better experience. I had the Sailor's Plate, my son had the Endless Shrimp, my daughter had the Leguinie, and my wife had her usual chicken tenders. All were perfection! We would become regulars if this store were not an hour away from our house. Even though it is so far, we plan to return as often as possible.Thank you, JC, Taylor, and Cheyenne, for restoring our faith in Red Lobster. If I had the power, Red Lobster Newnan would be crowned the ruling king of all Red Lobsters and set up as a store for all other Red Lobsters to emulate.Go here if you want great food.Dietary restrictions: My wife is highly allergic to soy, and they made sure she knew what was safe to eat. Great servant's hearts.

I have never had such a terrible experience with customer service than I did tonight. We came in and were waiting just to put our names on the list for over 10 minutes. At one point, there was a line out of the front door just of people waiting to get their names put on the waitlist. When we finally got to the front of the line, the lady in front of us had just informed the hostess of how many there were in her party and then completely skipped over us and looked to the man behind us and asked how many there were for his party. Even though we were standing directly in front of her. It was made aware that she had skipped over us and the hostess gave an extremely nasty look and responded with “Um I didn’t skip over you. I didn’t even know y’all were there. I thought I had already asked y’all.” Which, that statement in itself is contradicting. She was extremely rude, made ugly faces, and had all the attitude in the world when speaking with us. We shrugged it off and stepped to the side. However, the hostess continued to make nasty faces at us so we decided to leave. The manager was made aware and did nothing but say okay. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, unless you enjoy a hostess who is extremely rude and has poor customer service skills and a manager who could care less about how his employees treat guests. If I could give this location 0 stars I would.
It was an overall nice dining experience from the service to the food. There was a bit of a wait for our drinks from the bar and our entrees. But the Cheddar Bay biscuits made it all better! We enjoyed the espresso martinis, grilled trout, and seafood stuffed flounder.Parking: Single row of parking all around the buildingWheelchair accessibility: There are ramps to enter/exit the restaurant. The tables can accommodate wheelchairs.
