Chick-fil-a - Newnan

The food and service were excellent, as always. There were quite a few off-duty firefighters dining there, which is a good sign that the food must be top-notch!

I have one complaint about this restaurant. While I love the fast drive-thru service and the quality of the food, there's one aspect I wish they'd change. Whenever I order coffee and ask them to add creamer, they refuse to do so and only provide the little creamers instead. When you're driving, it's nearly impossible to mix in the creamer properly. I find it quite frustrating that this establishment has such an odd policy regarding creamers. I believe everyone should be allowed to pause at the window long enough to mix the cream into their coffee right there.

I always have a wonderful experience at any Chick-fil-A. I ordered ahead through the app and went inside, expecting to wait a few minutes, but I was pleasantly surprised to find no wait at all. My order was already bagged and ready for quick pickup. I can't wait to go back!

9/12/22 Ordered 5 pc Chicken Nugget and peach milkshake. On my lunch break so I went through drive thru. Service was unusually slow, nuggets were cold and my shake was vanilla! My receipt clearly states Mlkshk Pch. Very disappointed. If time had notbeen of the essence, I would have returned for my money back. Will not go there again. Thank you.

For the most part I'll always give Chick fil A a good rating. This location in GA was typical for the franchise on a weekend. The parking lot was almost full, the drive through line long and the lobby was full/crowded as well. The service was and isusually good. We were traveling back to Montgomery and exited specifically for this franchise. It is too far of the interstatethough. If I wasn't comfortable with traveling, I would not have continued to search for it's location.
