Red Lobster - Feedback

What Tristan Lobaugh doesn't like about Red Lobster:
Food was delicious. Problems came with the service and staff. We went after lunch at 2:30 and the restaurant was not busy. We were seated next to the bar, and our server was the bartender. He was handling to go orders, tending bar and trying to be or server which was too much and the service was slow because of all of the things he was juggling. The wait staff is always excellent. Great menu with variety but could use more fresh fish. The current menu has the same normal two like everyone else. Snow crab legs and usually over cooked and hard to get out of the shell and dry but the kitchen is excellent at cooking them lightly if asked. View all feedback.
