One of the great customer service store in new market located besides Wendy’s and Troy makes it worth. Most customers know him by name. The speed of service is fast but needs to improve on loud internal communications in front of customers. Had a great time here.

Took more than 30 minutes to get my order ready because the mobile app doesn't specify they are temporarily out of certain items. They tried offering me a free donut and hash brown for my wait, but I would rather Tim Hortons work better on their mobile ordering system instead.
Superb customer service all the time. Kudos to the whole team in this location. You will surely have a smile on your face when you go here, you’ll feel the warm welcome, kindness and positive energy with the perfectly hot food and coffee? I apologized for not remembering your names but hats off to the kind of service you’re giving your customers..please keep it up and all the best to all of you?
