Went with my bf and we got the 2 piece haddock fish and chips combo for $25 bucks. Fish was nice and crispy and chips were golden brown and fluffy. Service was quick so it was great for us as we were on our way up north for camping.

Food is great but chef has a huge dandruff problem. Made great food difficult to eat. They are a... read more This used to be my families GO-TO place for fish and chips. Unfortunately that has changed. This place came under new management a couple years back. They are always friendly and like to chat you up! Which is very refreshing to see! The fish is is great but the chips...terrible. I don't know if they are using oil from all week or what but they always come out dry and stale. Although they do give you big portions and you won't leave hungry. I do love their fish and coleslaw...I will not be back for a while. The whole chips situation has really got my family reconsidering this place. Although that is our personal opinion, others might find the chips fine. There is no reason to give this place any bad reviews in my eyes. They are simply great! I might come back in the future to try out the chips again. Who knows, they might get better.

The fish was very fresh and the tartar sauce was excellent. The chips were the typical thick-cut fish and chip style, but they could have been more crispy. Overall, a satisfying meal.

It is especially ideal for those with children or a group of five or more people to feed. I was particularly impressed with their coleslaw - it is incredibly creamy and delicious.
