So I work around the area of this store and me being me accidentally ordered and paid for my dinner to my work address on the app rather than my home address. It was clearly my fault. This pizza pizza location is terrible, not sure if I spoke to someone in store or head office. supervisor on the phone declined our store credit. When I clearly asked for a store credit. Supervisor told me they checked the recording and said pizza was a replacement, but I did not receive my replacement. Pizza pizza has terrible customer service.
