Was looking for something quick and easy for lunch that is both vegetarian and gluten free (which isn't easy . I got the Hawaiian Chickpea Wrap- it was super filling and it stayed together really well despite being in a lettuce wrap! Would totally recommend : View all feedback.

Hands down the best vegan GF cafe smoothie dessert restaurant I have been to in CanadaThe cinnamon donught , mushroom flatbread lattes are amazing !!!!

This place offers such a healthy menu. We tried the heartbeet smoothie, asked for less maple syrup and it tasted delicious. They also sell plants here too.
