On my la... read more I am usually a regular and loyal customer of Pret A Manger, but my recent experiences at the 39 Coventry Street location have been quite disappointing. On my latest visit, I ordered a white Americano but was served a black Americano instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff member simply poured milk into the coffee, causing it to overflow. When I requested her to transfer some of the coffee into a new cup, she rudely refused. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable, especially for a regular customer like myself. Additionally, on another recent visit, I was given an overfilled cup of coffee, which ended up spilling onto my white shirt. The staff at this location clearly need more training on both customer service and proper serving techniques. I hope the management takes note and makes the necessary improvements.
