I recently had a business meeting at this restaurant. The portion size of the meal was enormous! I am still feeling full. The chips were particularly impressive, being both crispy and fluffy. Not sure if this staff member was having a bad shift/ day (we all have them sometimes I get it but refusing anyone to use the toilets is not on at all, and especially in the rude manner in which if was done! Either change ur policy, staff or both!
