Took my family here for a Sunday brunch. Exceptional service, especially from the handsome young man by the name of Derek . Kids loved the donuts. Great coffee, but they don 't offer free refills. Only other complaint was that it was a bit busy and we had to wait some time to receive our breakfasts. All in all superb establishment, one that I will definitely recommend to all my friends. What ASHLEY COOPER doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
We went through the drive thru this morning, ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant.... Got no sausage... Husband's hash brown tasted like cherry, it was so gross and had such a sweet flavor to it, granted they are never good but today was a first. Iced capps (we got 2) were both really thin. They have better coffee, food and service at Eastside Market in Olcott!
Went to newfane tim hortons this am ordered iced decafe with sugar free french vanilla,and almond milk was awful tasted so bad I had to dump it ,been going there for yrs had no problems .my daughter also said her drink was bad when she went so she wont order from there any more,dont know if they changed something or what but needs to change it back
I get the same thing everyday, too bad it doesn't taste the same everyday lol. I don't have many complaints otherwise.
Ordered a steak wrap got a chicken one instead and it was delicious ? coffee was perfect

Definitely one of the worst in the area. Not the first time we have had issues here.
