Mcdonald's King Street - Newcastle

It’s a pity that the rating doesn’t go below 1. I want to rate zero Or even below for the quality of food, waiting period and the behaviour of security. I came in with kids and placed the order for dine in, the waiting period was too long and as soon as we sat down to have food , security came and told us that pack up everything and eat outside. It was heavily raining, cold and miserable weather. We asked them politely can we finish eating what we have opened and then go. They asked us to leave very rude and didn’t even let us stand outside and eat as we need to get out of the property.They weren’t even considerate of kids. I understand the rules and regulations and happy to follow but the way security said was unacceptable. Kids got scared because of the rude behaviour of the security. Will never ever come back here or recommend anyone until you improve the customer service and quality of food.

Most disgusted place for a franchise like this. Floor table and toilets were disgusting/ dirty. And awful smells from the washroom room even the door were close . Went to sit outside and found our French fries were burnt . Shame !!!

The food was good. The staff was accused. They didn't seem to think the kids who were on their bikes and scooters (they weren't harming someone) that was beautiful. Calm down very badly. Atmosphere/Architecture very bland, worse than that, it looked cold and inhuman. That was my biggest problem.

I ordered a small meal but I usually expect to get more than 9 cold fries with my meal. Surely Maccas can afford one more fry to make it an even number? And for the sake of human decency please clean your bathrooms.

The dining area was absolutely filthy, appearing to not be being cleaned frequently. Didn't seem to be many staff on. All the tables chairs and floors were covered in remnants of other people's food.
