What User dislikes about Embassy Cafe:
This cafe is a step back in time. It looks a teensy bit art deco and has that old timey feel with memorabilia all over the walls that date back to its changing face through the years since 1942. The food is great value for money. The steak sandwiches are classic and the lasagne, chips and salad is good enough. It's a good feed, but it's not necessarily a top class feed. This is one of the few remaining, and fast disappearing, classic old Greek cafes. It's still in pretty original condition but was unfortunately let down by the quality of the meal we had.
Great tasting and very cheap food great place to start the day. Definitely recommended ............................
Desperate to find somewhere to eat as we were in a hurry we stepped in to the Embassy Cafe. The prices were nice enough although the food was a little greasy. All meals were served with toast and chips (an interesting choice). The pictures of the cafe back in time were a nice touch although the overall atmosphere could do with some work.
Go back in time and have a great generous meal at a historic family run cafe. I have lunch and the occasional big breakfast once a week on average.
