Um, not sure what's going on here. Went to Cold Rock on Saturday evening and there were a couple of young guys serving. The one who served me picked up my flake with his bare, grubby fingers saying "s'cuse the fingers" - very much like he was handing something to his aunty at his home. The restaurant was packed but the service was still attentive, and the food was delicious.

The staff at this restaurant is quick to respond and very enthusiastic. They are helpful in providing suggestions and the restaurant is not overly crowded.
