Sienna Cafe & Bar @ Travelodge Newcastle

A night charged or was charged for 2 days parking space. except that. very pleasant overnight.

Is a little old, and noisy, no double glazing so much traffic noise. was drowned by a loud old air conditioning system.

Last month a few nights for a trip. the employees at the reception were very friendly and helpful, the entire stay- were able to check me early with consideration of my schedule. the personal in the Sienna Café and the more pure had a great customer service. the room equipment can be basically, but were neat, clean and ready for operation. a great place to stay for overnight acquisition. travelodge newcastle, for the hospitality and beautiful experience.

From 12 to 15 May in the hotel. the staff was very friendly, but the room in which I was had a bad smell, the carpet was dirty there was mold in the bathroom and day to day room service was not present. the bar was never open even though there were some tragicalities about the weekend there. very disappointing when you think it is a 4-star hotel.

On check out I complained on the quality of the room. Was told manager would call me. Never did. I called and manager unavailable so was given an email address. Sent an email never responded to. Very unprofessional.
